A Year of Creating Dangerously, Day 244: Playing at Creativity

A lot of times art is just playing at creativity with whatever is at hand. Recently I purchased some color diffusing sheets for my art class to use. Since I had never used them myself before, I wanted to experiment with them. Today I share with you some of those experiments. My go-to images of faces and trees predominate. One fun discovery was how, with this kind of paper, the image on the back is just as bright as the image on the front so I’ve decided to share both with you. I used water-based markers on some and watered-down acrylics on others. I’ll let you try and figure out which is which.

Happy Friday, everybody! Don’t miss a chance to play at creativity this weekend.
